PRIVATE SESSIONS

A 50 minute one-on-one session ensures attention to your physical needs. Perhaps you are recovering from an injury or need attention to a specific condition. Or you just like to work out alone. A Private session has many benefits to achieving the results you are looking for. If you want to work out more than once a week, a private session can also be combined with a class so you get the best of both types of sessions.


CLASSES

A small group class is an affordable way to meet your fitness goals. Especially if you are training more than once a week. It also allows you to combine the different types of workouts that we offer. There is a certain level of energy that is achieved when training in a group setting. We strive to put similar physical levels together to maximize your results.


COMBO

Combining Private Sessions and Classes allows you to experience the best of all we offer. You can customize your Combo package to fit both your financial and scheduling needs.
